First Studio Session - Castle Rock Children's Photographer

Last week I had the privilege of "breaking in" the new studio with some very fun children's portraits.  We pulled out the hats and boas and other such fluff and had a ball playing around and dancing!  Sometimes I feel guilty that this is really my job, it's too much fun!! ;-)  It doesn't hurt that I get to work with such gorgeous children, either!  Studio sessions are perfect for capturing a more stylized look for your children or newborn.

Primrose School of Castle Rock {Colorado School Portraits}

This past fall I had the honor, once again, of doing the school portraits for the Primrose School here in Castle Rock.  I can't tell you what a treat it was for me to be asked back to the school and to see so many familiar sweet faces!  It was so fun to see how much so many of the children had grown and changed over the year, and to see new faces added to the infant room as well.  They are such a delightful school - the staff, parents and children are phenomenal, and I had a blast photographing them over a two-day time span! With their parent's permission I am able to share with you some of my favorites from our 2010 session!  Thank you thank you thank you Primrose staff, parents and especially kiddos for making our Fall 2010 portraits such a success. Hope to see you all again this coming Fall!

Big News! Castle Rock Colorado Photographer

I'm bursting out of my skin to share this exciting news for 2011...

This has been something I've wanted to add to my offerings for awhile now and it has finally come together!  The new studio is perfect for newborn portraits of course, but also I envision it as the ideal setting for costumed portraits for your older children, too -- fireman, princess, ballerina, train conductor, you name it1  Let's let our imaginations run free to come up with the perfect setting for your little one.  In addition I will be offering the option of a first year cake smash portrait session.  A perfectly captured memory of your little one biting into, and smashing, his or her first birthday cake!   A wonderful and warm alternative to my outdoor, natural light photography ('cause baby its cold outside!).
